The catamaran originates from Polynesia and was developed by tying two canoes together to create a stabile but yet maneuverable boat. The catamaran today offer – related to its length – significantly more space and therefore is an attractive alternative to a mono hull sail yacht.
In the spacious hulls you will normally find the cabins as well as baths. Therefore there is a lot of space for the salon. The sailing catamarans offer an amazing combination between space, comfort and sailing fun with absolute high- end equipment. Some of the catamarans even offer the possibility to maneuver the boat from a fly bridge. The firm position in the water and two engines provide an excellent maneuverability and extra security.
If you don´t have yet experience with catamarans, we will be glad to offer you an experienced skipper to support you during a short time or the whole charter and introduce you to the specifics of sailing a catamaran.
